Elizabeth (MeMe)

Hi everyone,

My name is Elizabeth, better known as "MeMe". I am 42 years old and a mother of three children and one step son as well as a grandmother of eight grandchildren. As a grandmother I am very interested in things that will keep them quite when I need them to be. I love to spend time with them and play with them with their toys and games.

Times are so much different then they were when I was a child. We were very happy to be outside making mud pies and throwing them at each other. We would also play cowboys and girls and indians. We would use sticks as our guns and arrows and saw horses for our hourses.

Now days with technology the way it is it takes more to interest our children. There are all kinds of game systems and games that they can play as well as computer games.

The children of today would look at us like we were crazy if we told them to go make mud pies or play cowboys and indians.

I decided that I would try to find things that I thought would be interesting to the children of today. My hub will be about toys and technology that I think would be things that would interesting. I will be sharing my favorites as well as some of the newer things that are out or will be coming out.
